§1 Rental object and keys

(1) The landlady Mrs Gabriele Schellenberger, Breite Straße 30, 16727 Velten, provides the rented holiday apartment for the duration of the contract.

(2) The apartment is handed over in proper condition. Any defects must be reported immediately.

(3) The guest receives 2 keys upon arrival. These must be returned before departure.

(4) In the event of key loss, the guest must inform the landlady immediately. The guest is liable for replacement — for security keys, a flat rate of €200.00.

§2 Rental period, arrival and departure

(1) The rental period begins at 15:00 on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 on the departure day. Minimum stay 2 nights.

(2) Keys are handed over personally. Check-in between 15:00 and 22:00. Later arrival by phone arrangement (+49.(0)1577.6085699).

(3) Any extension requires prior arrangement and confirmation.

§3 Rental price and payment

(1) The price includes utilities, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and inclusive services (cold drinks, coffee, tea).

(2) Payment within the first 2 days in cash or by bank transfer before arrival. Bank details provided with booking confirmation.

(3) No entitlement to pro-rata refund for late arrival or early departure.

§4 Pets

(1) Pets only with prior consent. One dog welcome in the holiday apartment (free). Other units at the landlady's discretion.

(2) The guest is liable for all damage caused by the animal.

(3) Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout. Guest brings own pet food and blankets.

§5 Dealing with fire

(1) Smoking not permitted indoors. Ashtrays available outside.

(2) The fireplace may only be used after express arrangement. Fuel provided by the landlady.

(3) Open fires and barbecuing only by arrangement in designated areas.

§6 Cancellation

(1) Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Receipt of notice is decisive.

(2) Cancellation within 7 days: first night's price as cancellation fee.

(3) Early departure: full rental price payable.

(4) Travel cancellation insurance recommended.

§7 Liability and obligations

(1) The guest shall treat rooms and inventory with care and ensure adequate ventilation.

(2) The guest is liable for all damage. Damage must be reported immediately.

(3) Use of free bicycles is at the guest's own risk.

(4) The landlady is not liable for items brought in by the guest.

§8 Written form, severability clause

(1) Ancillary agreements, amendments and supplements require written form.

(2) If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

§9 Place of jurisdiction

(1) German law applies.

(2) Place of jurisdiction is Oranienburg.
